Dr. Reem Yasin is a highly accomplished Quality Assurance and Pharmacovigilance Manager at Hawkary Pharmaceuticals Co., part of Kawkab Group—one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Iraq.

She is a licensed pharmacist, graduated from the University of Jordan, where she also served as a lecturer at the Faculty of Pharmacy. She holds a Master’s degree in Elaboration and Development of Individualized Medicines from TECH University, Spain.

With over 13 years of extensive experience, Dr. Reem has built a strong professional background in Integrated Quality Management Systems (QMS), Pharmacovigilance, and regulatory compliance across multiple regions, including Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, the GCC, and Europe.

She has actively contributed to international and regional training programs and awareness initiatives, focusing on Pharmacovigilance and Quality Systems, aiming to bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and real-world implementation.

In addition to her professional work, Dr. Reem runs an active social media platform dedicated to raising awareness about public health and medication safety. Through this platform, she simplifies complex scientific concepts and delivers accessible knowledge to both the general public and healthcare professionals.

She is also committed to capacity building, offering free professional training programs that have supported and empowered a wide audience of both non-specialists and industry professionals.

Dr. Reem is a member of the International Society of Pharmacovigilance (ISOP) and the Arab Quality Consultants’ Union (AQCU).
