Dr. Aseel Nassar is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in both governmental and private sectors. She specializes in public-private partnerships, public affairs, policy shaping, and strategic implementation. Aseel is recognized for her expertise in sustainability, regulatory affairs, pricing, and communication strategies that enhance corporate reputation and drive organizational transformation.

Currently, she is the Government Affairs and Communications Director for AbbVie Gulf Levant, leading and managing strategic stakeholder engagement, communications, and advocating for impactful policy initiatives. Previously, she served as the Public Affairs, External Communications Manager, and Sustainability Lead at Novo Nordisk Pharma Gulf FZE in Dubai, UAE, where she directed strategic plans, managed key partnerships, and managed external communications.

Her career also includes her role as Senior Regulatory Affairs and Pricing Lead at the Ministry of Health & Prevention, Dubai. There, she played a critical role in formulating the UAE pharmaceuticals pricing guidelines and launching the region’s first electronic registration and pricing system. In addition, she was appointed as the Head of the GCC Drug Registration Unit, highlighting her leadership and expertise in regulatory affairs.
