Dr. Laura Nassar is the Vice President and Head of Ethics and Business Integrity at Sanofi, where she oversees operations across International Markets. Based in Dubai, Laura brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles, including Head of Compliance for the Middle East at Hoffmann La Roche and Regional Compliance Officer for EMEA Emerging Markets at Johnson & Johnson.

In addition to her corporate roles, Laura has served as the Chair of the Middle East Ethics Review Board (LERB), the governing body of the MEA Code of Promotional Practices. She is an active member of the ETHICS Association and a faculty member of Seton Hall Law’s Middle East Healthcare Compliance Certificate Program.

With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Laura has gained diverse expertise in various disciplines such as Pharmacy, Sales and Marketing, Skills Training, and Compliance. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from St. Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon, along with prestigious compliance certifications.
