Mr. Babiker has more than 25 years of experience in different fields of pharmacy practice including hospital pharmacy, community pharmacy, clinical pharmacy, drug information, patient safety, quality and risk management. He has presented many papers in international scientific conferences and published an original research article in reputable Journal.
Mr. Babiker is a pharmacist with initially a degree from Sudan, which he substantiated by doing additional internationally, recognized examinations. He has research experience through a Master program at Queens University Belfast in the United Kingdom. His research interests are in the areas of patient safety and pharmacy practice.
He has worked as drug information pharmacist at Hamad Medical Corporation, the principal health institute in Qatar, which contributed to his clinical knowledge and skills. Through his work for the Ministry of Public Health, especially the Community Pharmacies Steering Group for the National Health Strategy Project 1.6 Community Pharmacies Strategy and as vaccine registration supervisor, he also has experience with the development of policies.
In addition, Mr. Babiker is interested in sport activities; he was volunteering with Qatar Anti-doping Commission as a Doping Control Officer (DCO) since 2005. He participated in many and different sports activities in Qatar such as DCO, education & outreach program as well as DCO Venue Manager.
Moreover, Mr. Babiker participated actively in preparing an outreach and education team during IAAF in 2019, in which he had been awarded appreciation letter from the director of WADA. He has been awarded recently grateful recognition for the excellent service for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
Dr. Sara Al Dallal, the president of the Emirates Medical Association’s Emirates health Economics Society and a specialist in Dubai Health Authority. Dr Sara is a Medical Doctor graduated from the UAE University College of Medicine and Health Sciences. She completed her internal medicine residency in Dubai Health Authority and holds a Masters in Health Care Management from Royal Colleges of Surgeons Ireland and Masters in Health Economics and policy from London School of Economics. Dr. Sara is the President of Emirates Health Economics Society.
His current position is Import Manager for the Laboratory Equipment Department after spending about 6 years in medical Import department as an Import Manager.
She is a pharmacist and a purchasing specialist who proven ability to manage any works either independently or as a teamwork. Reliable and has a leadership skill. Strongly focused with the ability to complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment with conflicting deadlines.
With a rich and varied career in the pharmaceutical field, Dr. Lateefa Bahlooq has demonstrated a commitment to advancing healthcare and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Currently serving as a Purchasing Specialist at Emirate Health Services in Dubai since January 2017, Dr. Bahlooq adeptly manages and adjusts orders to maintain efficient inventory levels. Her role involves a keen analysis of financial reports, negotiation with suppliers, and diligent tracking of delivery times.
Dr. Bahlooq commenced her career as a Pharmacist at University Hospitals Sharjah in June 2014, where she provided valuable information to patients about potential drug interactions, proper dosing, and medication storage. Collaborating with physicians, she played a key role in preventing therapy duplications and allergic reactions. In April 2020, Dr. Bahlooq transitioned to Al Qassimi Hospital in Sharjah, working in the outpatient pharmacy department. Here, she was responsible for preparing, dispensing, and counseling patients on the appropriate administration of medication and possible side effects.
Dr. Bahlooq’s earlier roles at Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Hospital in Ajman and Al Amanah Pharmacy in Ajman showcased her dedication to community pharmacy practices. This comprehensive journey underscores Dr. Lateefa Bahlooq’s commitment to excellence in pharmaceutical care and her significant contributions to the healthcare sector.
He is Vice Chairman of the Unified Procurement Authority, Egypt since 2020, responsible for supply chain management of the Egyptian governmental healthcare sector, covering all the healthcare spectrum of needed products.

He is currently KSA General Manager at Axantia, and was the chief commercial officer at Sudair Pharma since Jan 2023. He is pharmacist graduated from King Saud University college of pharmacy in 2001, in 2016 he held MBA degree from Saudi electronic university with cooperation with Colorado university in USA. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the field of pharmaceutical sales, marketing and regulatory.
He started his carrier from medical representative and took different position inside the pharma companies like supervisor, tender manager, country sales manager, governmental affairs director. He is participating in a lot of committees for build the company strategy as well as KSA healthcare strategy. From 2018 until 2021 he acts as deputy chairman of national committee for pharmaceutical – council of Saudi chambers. He is engaging and build key strategies with external and internal stakeholders to build promising relationships with authorities in the country to improve performance.
Mohammed leads the technical scientific office and strategic alliance function at Janssen (Johnson & Johnson trading limited Saudi Arabia). In his current role, he oversees strategic partnerships and interactions with the governmental institutions and is considered a vital member of the leadership team. Mohammed is also known to be one of the experts in regulations related to the pharmaceutical ecosystem in Saudi and an active member within industry associations.
Mohammed gained a vast experience from his previous role at the Saudi Food and Drug Authority were he helped to establish the national drug and poison information center and led the development of the Saudi drug information platform (SDI). He also shaped various regulatory policies within SFDA.
Mohammed also represented SFDA as a member of the formulary governnance committee at the Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI) and a member of the drug advisory committee at the National Unified Procurement Company (NUPCO). Mohammed holds a Bachelor degree of pharmaceutical sciences from King Saud University.
He also completed post graduate training at Campbell University in the USA and a Certificate in public policy analysis from London School of Economics and Political Sciences.
With an extensive experience in navigating the highly dynamic Saudi healthcare systems, particularly in governmental hospitals and tenders, where successfully drive collaborations with entities such as NUPCO, GHC, MOH, MODA, and other key stakeholders.
Sattam Turky Alghodyyr, who holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Industry, initiated his professional journey as a pharmacist in the Ministry of Health, serving in that capacity for three years. However, he soon transitioned to the Saudi Food & Drug Authority, where he gained invaluable experience as a regulator for a span of seven years.
In 2016, Sattam commenced his tenure at SPIMACO, where he engaged in various roles such as Pharmacovigilance, Bioequivalence, Regulatory, and Government Affairs.
In 2022, Sattam joined GSK as the Director of Communication Government Affairs. Additionally, he oversees the market access and pricing departments.
Sattam holds the distinction of being a Founding Member of the Pharmaceutical Industry Association (PIA), where he currently serves as the deputy chairman. Previously, he was a member and deputy chairman of the National Committee for Pharmaceutical Industries (NCPI).

Dr. Fatima Zaid Abu Zanat is an aspirational and experienced Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance (RA/ QA) professional with total of 17 years’ experience, with more than 12 RA/QA years in medical device, pharmaceutical and biotech industry across emerging markets with solid scientific background in product research/ development. She holds RAPS Dual Regulatory Affairs Diploma and Certificate (RAC Dual) in Medical Devices/Pharmaceuticals in addition to MSc in Pharmaceutical Technology. She is an active member in regulatory working groups within regulatory associations such as RAPS MENA local networking group as well as industry associations such as PhRMA MEA and formerly MECOMED. She is a licensed Basic Life Support Giver by American Heart Association and Licensed Specialist Pharmacist by UAE Ministry of Health and Jordan Food and Drug Administration.
She successfully established and managed multiple, UAE Scientific Offices for regional headquarters of emerging markets within Dubai, UAE; enabling organic/in-organic business growth. She built strong, direct channels with key, regional health authorities for continuous, shaping of the industry. She is experienced with development and management of teams on regional/global levels.
